Rachel offers private yoga instruction to individuals, couples, and small groups. Private instruction is especially useful for those dealing with specific physical and emotional concerns, new beginners or those returning to yoga after many years. Rachel is experienced in creating a customized yoga practice that works for your needs–no matter what your level of health and fitness. She has specific interest in working with those in recovery from illness and physical injury–approaching her students with the utmost compassion.
Rates depend on the duration of the session, number of people and location. Rachel will teach privately in your home or in West Philadelphia.
